Founder and Director

Peter Gordan is a student at A.A. Stagg High School in the Chicago suburbs.

• He has always been fascinated by nature, whether through dinosaur books in grade school or runs in the Forest Preserves for Cross Country and Track.

• His passion for milkweed and monarchs took off when he learned of the decline of the monarch during freshman year.

"I knew I wanted to do something about this decline, but I was a freshman in high-school: What could I do to make a difference?"

• He founded Homes4Monarchs in October of 2016 to accomplish this goal, and has dedicated nearly 1,000 service hours to realize it.
